New fee increases take effect October 1, 2025. Operating without a valid City and County BTR can lead to significant daily fines.

Registration and Fee Structure (Post-Oct 2025)

Annual registration for non-homestead units is $450, plus a $100 safety inspection fee. Homesteaded units are $300 plus inspection. Late registration fees have tripled to $150.
