Customer-supplied lock
Smart Lock Install - $149
You supply a compatible smart lock. Coastal Tech handles standard installation, app setup, code testing, and basic handoff.
Hardware is not included in install-only service.

Includes a compatible smart lock, standard installation, app setup, code testing, and basic handoff.
Final price depends on door condition, lock compatibility, Wi-Fi readiness, and whether extra drilling, repair, or setup is needed.

Onsite Setup Estimate
For installs that need a site check, Wi-Fi review, mounting review, or multi-device planning. The $99 visit fee is applied toward install labor if you book the work.

Property Tech Assessment
For existing systems, messy accounts, Wi-Fi issues, STR support readiness, or realty handoff documentation. Produces a formal diagnostic report.

Remote monitoring, guest-code resets, device troubleshooting, and owner/manager access management. Requires the $149 property tech assessment before enrollment.
