For existing systems, messy accounts, Wi-Fi issues, STR support readiness, or realty handoff documentation. Produces a formal diagnostic report.

Remote monitoring, guest-code resets, device troubleshooting, and owner/manager access management. Requires the $149 property tech assessment before enrollment.
$149 — per listing
Device inventory, account control check, and written handoff notes. Completed before closing. One flat fee per listing.
